Where will I be working?
There are many different styles of pool facilities and each one is unique. As a member of the lifeguard team, you may be asked to float from one pool to another and it's very important to understand that what you do at one pool may not be deemed appropriate at another pool. There are Homeowner Association Communities, Private Swim Clubs, Single-Guard Pools, and Multi-Guard Pools.
How do I get paid?
We issue paychecks every two weeks.
Do Lifeguards have legal obligations?
It is very important to understand that on top of your normal lifeguard responsibilities, all lifeguards have moral and legal obligations at the job site. Please make sure you fully understand these items before beginning your employment. By choosing to work for San Antonio Pool Management, you will be insured for Workman’s Compensation and Professional Liability.

Follow these simple driving directions, and you should have no problem finding our office:
From 1604 & IH-10
- Go West on 1604 until Bandera Rd. (Hwy. 16).
- Exit Bandera Rd.
- Take a Right onto Bandera Rd.
- Follow Bandera Rd. until the third stoplight (Circle A Trail--not marked on stoplight). There will be an Exxon, Valero, and Shell Gas stations at this light. Take a Left at this light.
- (If you look to your left, you'll see Red Fox Cleaners--you need to end up over there, we're right next door!)
- Make a Left directly in front of the Fire Station (be careful of oncoming traffic!)
- Make a Right into our parking lot, the second strip on the right-hand side, next to Red Fox Cleaners.
